My leadership course, 12 Forge, transforms high-potential, underprivileged youth into confident, employable leaders in just 12 weeks .
Through deep mindset work, practical business training, and real-world career skills, graduates leave ready to interview, contribute, and grow inside modern organizations.
Each cohort is limited to 10 carefully selected students who demonstrate the drive and commitment needed to succeed
12 Forge exists to give underprivileged young people the opportunity most never receive: access to elite-level mindset training, business education, and career coaching – completely free.
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not . 12 Forge closes that gap by forging students into leaders who can step confidently into the world of work and create a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities

How 12 Forge Works
12 Forge is delivered over 12 intensive weeks, combining group sessions, individual coaching, and real-world practice
Phase 1 – Inner Foundation &
Self-Leadership (Weeks 1–4):
Students reset limiting beliefs, learn the Law of Attraction as a practical success framework, build digital discipline, and create elite habits and routines
Phase 2 – Business Literacy & Strategic Thinking
(Weeks 5–8):
Students learn how business really works, understand money in business, and practice strategic thinking, communication, personal branding, and negotiation
Phase 3 – Leadership Presence & Career Readiness
(Weeks 9–12)
Students develop executive presence, emotional intelligence, interview mastery, salary negotiation skills, and a 5-year vision with a 90-day action plan
